According to State Council Decree No. 253 "Regulations on Environmental Protection Management of Construction Projects" (revised by State Council Decree No. 682 in October 2017), State Environmental Protection Administration Decree No. 13 "Management Measures for Environmental Protection Acceptance of Completed Construction Projects" (revised by Ministry of Environmental Protection Decree No. 16 in December 2010), and "Announcement on Issuing the Interim Measures for Environmental Protection Acceptance of Completed Construction Projects" (National Environmental Protection and Environmental Impact Assessment [2017] No. 4), in strict accordance with relevant laws and regulations, the technical specifications for environmental protection facility acceptance of construction projects, the environmental impact report form of this project, the approval opinions of the environmental approval department, and the relevant requirements for enterprise self acceptance, the first phase of this project has been accepted. The first phase of this project meets the environmental acceptance conditions and can pass the environmental acceptance.
The environmental protection acceptance status of the completion of the first phase of this project is now made public, and public opinions are solicited. The following is the public announcement:
